Delivery and Returns 

All orders are shipped out for £3.99 within the UK, standard delivery arrives within 3-4 working days. International tracked shipping orders arrive within 7-15 working days and we charge £11.99. Please note that in the case of import duties and taxes the customer is responsible.  

Orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt, our team work hard to make sure orders go out by the end of the business day - so please make sure that you're shipping address and phone number is accurate.

If you have any questions about your order, send us an email with your full name and order number and one of the team will be with you right away!

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns on all products within 180 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify.
  • We will send you a FREE returns label
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue either:
    • A full refund to your original payment method, or
    • A replacement product, depending on your preference. 

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@beauty-explained.com with your order number. We will provide instructions and a return address.

You will be given the choice between a full refund or replacement product, depending on what you choose. You may return most new, unopened items within 180 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 14 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund quicker.
