Delivery and Returns 

All orders are shipped out for £3.99 within the UK, standard delivery arrives within 3-4 working days. International tracked shipping orders arrive within 7-15 working days and we charge £11.99. Please note that in the case of import duties and taxes the customer is responsible.  

Orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt, our team work hard to make sure orders go out by the end of the business day - so please make sure that you're shipping address and phone number is accurate.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We understand that sometimes you are not fully satisfied with your order, perfectly okay. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product, so we can assist you as soon as possible.

Drop us a message through our contact us page, where you will receive advice within 48 hours.

The buyer is responsible for return postage and will be refunded upon receiving the return. For best results, send via tracked postage.

You will be given the choice between a full refund or replacement product, depending on what you choose. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 48 hours of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund quicker.
