Can I pay using paypal without a paypal account?
Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.
Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by Paypal.

How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped, we will send an email containing a consignment number and tracking ID. Simply follow the link in the email to track the delivery of your parcel.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we are providing shipping services internationally. We require correct and complete addresses, including a company name where necessary, and at least one contact telephone number.
How long will my delivery take?
Once your order has shipped, please allow 2-3 working days for domestic delivery and 7-15 business days for international orders
What could delay my order?
Missing information from orders often causes delays such as incorrect post code or missing phone numbers, please ensure that you provide full, accurate information.
Can I change my delivery address?
We process and pack your order as soon as possible. This means that your shipping address can only be changed if your order has not been processed by our warehouse team. To change your shipping address, please send email as soon as possible.

How do I know my order was successful?
All successful transactions will receive a confirmation email within 60 minutes of purchase.
