What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by all major credit/debit cards like Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Your card will be debited when we ship your order.

Can I pay using PayPal without a PayPal account?

Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a PayPal account is needed to make payments through PayPal. The truth is you do not need one (though we recommend signing up for added ease of use).

Without a PayPal account, all you need is any debit/credit card supported by PayPal.

By using PayPal, we can process & deliver your orders to you in a shorter time. PayPal is one of the easiest and most secure ways to make payment online.

How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped, we will send an email containing a consignment number and tracking ID. Simply follow the link in the email to track the delivery of your parcel.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we provide shipping services internationally. We require correct and complete addresses, including a company name where necessary, and at least one contact telephone number.

How long will my delivery take?

Once your order has shipped, please allow 2–3 working days for domestic delivery and 7–15 business days for international orders.

What could delay my order?

Missing information often causes delays (e.g., incorrect postcode or missing phone number). Please ensure you provide full, accurate information at checkout.

Can I change my delivery address?

We process and pack your order as soon as possible. This means your shipping address can only be changed if your order has not been processed by our warehouse team.

How do I know my order was successful?

All successful transactions receive a confirmation email within 60 minutes of purchase.
